承德山区野菜资源种类调查及开发利用

摘    要:研究和开发山区野菜资源,对发展山区生态经济具有重要意义。承德山区野菜资源较丰富,根据调查统计,承德山区可供食用的野菜有48科127种,可划分为根菜类、茎叶菜类、地下茎菜类、花菜类及果菜类5类。对承德山区野菜资源的开发利用现状进行了分析,并提出合理开发利用的对策。

Abstract:The resources of wild- vegetable research and development of mountainous areas is of great significance to the development of ecological economy in mountainous area. The resources of wild- vegetable are rich in Chende mountain area. Based on the survey and statistics, there are 127 species of wild-vegetable edible belonging to 48 families, being divided into four categories, such as root vegetables, stem-leaf vegetables, underground stem vegetables, flower vegetables and fruit vegetables. The current situation, exploitation and use on wild-vegetable in Chende mountain area were analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures on how to further reasonably export and utilize wild-vegetable resources were put forward.
