摘    要:通过对杏鲍菇菌丝色泽、长势和菌袋质地,培养料的含水量和重量、现蕾时间和产量进行试验比较,研究了工厂化袋栽杏鲍菇不同后熟期对菌丝生长和产量的影响。试验结果表明,后熟期9~12d的菌丝长势最好,并且此时菌丝洁白,菌袋质地紧实,菌丝新陈代谢处于旺盛时期,产量最高。

Abstract:Through the comparative tests of different after mature periods time, Pleurotus eryngii No.2 strain was used in the commercial production and the effects of different time on the yield and quality of Pleurotus eryngii in bag cultivation mode were valuated.The experimental results showed that mycelium with 9~12 d after mature periods was white,intensive and vigorous ,and the yield was the maximum.
