Study on Modified Atmosphere Mechanism and Mathematical Model of Homogeneous and Non-homogeneous Freshness-keeping Films for Fruits and Vegetables Storage |

| Abstract: | According to gas and water vapor permeability of thin polymer film made from polyolefin material,gas and water va-por permeability mechanism and law of homogeneous membrane and non-homogeneous membrane for modified atmosphere packaging of fruits and vegetables was studied.Then built mathematical model in order to give a theory basis for the develop-ment and application of freshness-keeping films for fruits and vegetables. |
