| 摘 要： | 就黄瓜白粉病的接种方法进行了比较,以孢子悬浮液喷雾法较抖粉法重复性好,结果更趋稳定;几种不同的生测方法比较腈菌唑、烯唑醇对黄瓜白粉病的毒力测定,以叶盘沾药法、子叶琼脂培养法和叶盘沾药漂浮法好于其它方法,其EC50的敏感性分别高于常规的苗期喷雾法。

| Abstract: | Inoculation methods of Sphareotheca fuliginea include spore spraying a nd shaking powder. The result showed the method of spore spraying is more repeat ivity and stabilization.In comparison several vary methods to myclobutanil and d iniconazole for Sphareotheca fuliginea, leaf disk with fungicide,cotyledon agar incubating and leaf disk with fungicide floating are better than others ,which E C50 are more sensitivity for the resistance monitoring and the EC50 values than seeding spray. |
