天津地区鸭疫里默氏杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

对天津地区临床疑似鸭传染性浆膜炎的发病鸭进行病原分离鉴定和药敏试验,结果分离到7株细菌,对其进行细菌形态、培养特性、生化特性和动物试验研究。结果表明,7个分离株在人工感染试验中对鸭均有致病性,鉴定为鸭疫里默氏杆菌。在16种常用抗菌药物的药敏试验中表现出对氟苯尼考、头孢塞肟、头孢曲松和痢菌净等药物敏感性较高,对泰乐菌素、诺氟沙星、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、头孢氨苄、头孢拉定、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、四环素、磺胺甲基异恶唑、复方新诺明等药物均存在不同程度的耐药性,为该地区鸭传染性浆膜炎的药物防治提供了理论依据。

Isolation and Identification of Rimemerella anatipestifer of Duck in Tianjin Region and Druggery Sensitivity Test of Isolates
