| 摘 要： | 用PPT1株制备猪细小病毒油乳剂灭活疫苗,并将其与市售灭活疫苗免疫豚鼠,定期采集,血清用血凝抑制试验测定抗体效价。试验结果表明,PPT1株在PK-15细胞上病毒增殖效价可达到1.96×106TCID50/mL,两种疫苗二免后14d,抗体效价均可以达到8log2。

| Abstract: | The PPT1 strain was used to make the inactivated oil-emulsion swine parvovirus vaccine,then this vaccine and the marketable vaccine were inoculatd to guinea pigs.The serum were collected at regular intervals.Hemoagglutination inhibition test（HI） was used to detect the antibody in serum.The results showed viral titer of PPT1 strain reached 1.96×10^6 TCID50/mL which growing on the PK-15 cell,and the antibody titer of two inactivated vaccine reached 8 log2 after 14 d twice inoculated. |
