摘    要:对二色补血草组培快繁技术进行研究,结果表明,以MS培养基中加入6-BA1.0mg/L、NAA0.2mg/L的激素组合处理后的叶丛增殖倍数最大,达2.94。生根培养时以采用不含IBA的培养基为宜,生根率可达80%。经强光直射炼苗的二色补血草试管苗的移栽成活率达到82.5%,显著高于未经强光炼苗的试管苗移栽成活率。

Abstract:The technology of tissue culture and propagation of Limonium bicolor was studied. The results showed that the leaf bunch increased 2.94 times that was the biggest one among the treatment in the MS medium with1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2 mg/L NAA added. The rooting rate of the leaf bunch of Limonium bicolor in vitro could arrive 80.0% in the MS medium without IBA.
