中成药辐射加工工艺研究

摘    要:对中成药经γ射线辐射灭菌工艺研究表明,中成药初始污染杂菌总数在104~106个/g范围内,产品堆积密度在0.2~0.7g/cm3之间,辐射加工剂量控制在3.5~10kGy即可达到灭菌要求。经跟踪试验表明,经辐射灭菌后的药品存放3个月其单位数量的菌数增加不明显。

Abstract:The study on Chinese medicines by the γ-ray radiation sterilization process showed that: if you want to achieve sterilization requirements, the total number of initial contamination must be within the scope of 10^4~10^6 bacteria/g, product packing density was 0.2 ~ 0.7 g/cm3 and radiation processing dose was 3.5 ~ 10 kGy. And the follow-up experiments showed that the bacteria of radiation sterilization drugs did not increased obviously after 3 months storage.
