摘    要:为了研究赤霉素对瓜叶菊生长和开花的影响,采用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3,浓度设为0,50,100,150,200mg·L-1)叶面喷施瓜叶菊营养生长期和现蕾期的植株,并测定与生长发育相关的形态和生理指标的变化,其结果表明:(1)和对照相比,处理植株的株高、花柄长都有明显的增长,叶绿素的含量随着赤霉素的浓度增高而降低;(2)和对照相比,经过外源赤霉素处理后的植株开花时期有所提前,花期也有所延长,开花数量也有所增加,其中100mg·L-1和150mg·L-1赤霉素处理的植株比其他处理植株开花更早,花期更长,花数也更多,而且整体观赏效果较为理想;(3)在开花中后期A、C3组材料经赤霉素处理后都不同程度地出现了"花中花"的现象(比例高的可达35.71%),而且在原来花序轴中新出现的花都是高度重瓣花,B组材料只有200mg·L-1处理的植株出现了1.56%的这种现象。

Abstract:In order to research the action and effects of gibberellin in promotion for growth and flowering of the Senecio×hybridus,the plants was treated by exogenous gibberellin (concentration were 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 mg·L^-1) and the morphological and physiological items related to growth and development were measured. The results showed that:(1)GA treatment promoted stem and pedicel elongation of Senecio×hybridus, and the chloroplyll content in leaves reduced;(2)The number of flowers were increased ,and the flowering period were prolonged,and flowering were earlier in all gibberellin treated plants, and the more effective concentration was 100 mg·L^-1 and 150 mg·L^-1;(3)The phenomenon of 'there are flowers in flowers' appeared in the three groups(A,B,C) treated with gibberellin (the maximum rate is 35.71% ), and all of the new flowers were double. The minimum rate appeared in the groups(C) treated with 200 mg·L^-1 gibberellin was 1.56%.
