摘    要:采用室内培养的方法,研究了2,4-D对土壤中脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明:2,4-D对脲酶表现出先激活后抑制的作用,并且激活与抑制的天数几乎一致;对磷酸酶主要表现出抑制作用,开始有一段迟缓期随后表现激活作用紧接着又是抑制作用,主要趋势为抑制—激活—抑制;2,4-D对过氧化氢酶在中前期主要表现为抑制作用,后期出现刺激作用。

Abstract:The influences of 2,4-D addition on soil urease, phosphatase and catalase activities in soil were studied by indoor incubation. The results showed that 2,4-D on soil urease had shown activation firstly and then inhibition, and activation and inhibition were almost the same days. The soil catalase activity was restrained by 2,4-D concentration which began to have a delayed period of activation and then followed by inhibition, the main trend was inhibiting, activation and inhibition. The soil catalase activity was restrained by 2,4-D concentration, which appeared in the late period of stimulation.
