菊苣栽培技术

菊苣栽培分为两个阶段:第一,培养种根,7月底至8 月初播种,犁地深度为25～35 cm ,封冻前收获种根;第二,软化栽培,种根种植密度为300～400 株/m 2,温度控制在18～20 ℃,并在黑暗条件下栽培,待芽球长到20 cm 高、0.25 kg 重时即可收获叶球。

Technology of Cichorium Intybus Culture

Cichorium Intybus culture is divided into two parts.First bulb culture begin in late July or early August,20 centimeter between plants and 35 cm between lines.Second translation culture,it would be kept at 18～20 ℃;density is 300～400 plants/m 2 and;It is cultured at dark condition.When it grow to 20 cm in height and 0.25 kg in weight,should be harvested.
