| 摘 要： | 论述了中国水资源开发利用状况及发展节水灌溉的重要意义,针对国内外节水灌溉发展现状及趋势进行了讨论,总结了节水灌溉工作所取得的主要成效,指出了中国节水灌溉所面临的问题,应与现代高新技术有效结合,迅速提升中国节水灌溉水平,并对现代节水农业及技术进行了探索,提出了如何做好节水灌溉工作的建议和意见。

| Abstract: | This dissertation mainly throwed lights upon the significance of national utilization of water resource and development of water-saving irrigation, discussed about current situation of water-saving irrigation and the trend at home and abroad. And also summarized the important results of water-saving irrigation and points out the problems our country have confronted calling on combination with modern high-technology in this field to rapidly level up the national standard of water-saving irrigation, at the same time, undergoes exploration of modern water-saving agriculture and the technology and throwed out suggestions about water-saving irrigation. |
