萘乙酸纳米悬浮剂的制备及对苜蓿种苗生长的影响

摘    要:对萘乙酸(NAA)粉剂采用微乳液-超声乳化法处理,制备萘乙酸纳米悬浮剂,并初步探索了该制剂对苜蓿种苗生长的影响。结果表明:通过微乳液-超声乳化法制备的萘乙酸纳米悬浮剂,其颗粒度小,粒径分布均匀、水溶性好、稳定性好。2.2×10-5mol·L-1萘乙酸纳米悬浮剂的促长效果最好,2.2×10-4mol·L-1悬浮剂的抑制作用最明显。

Abstract:Using micro-emulsion phacoemulsification treatment,NAA nano-suspensions was prepared,and its effect on the growth of alfalfa seedlings was studied.The results showed that:NAA nano suspension prepared by micro-emulsion-phacoemulsification,had small particle size,particle size distributed uniformly,water solubility and stability was good.The effect of 2.2 × 10-5 mol·L-1 NAA nano-suspension to promote growth was the best,but 2.2 × 10-4 mol·L-1suspension inhibited the most obvious.
