摘    要:对重金属Pb、Cr对小麦种子萌发以及幼苗生物量的影响进行了研究。结果表明,不同浓度的重金属Pb、Cr对小麦种子萌发及其它测量指标的影响不同。低浓度时对小麦萌发及生长影响不大,甚至有一定的刺激作用,而高浓度时则有显著的抑制作用,且随浓度增大抑制进一步增强。两种重金属相比,Cr对小麦的生态毒性要强于Pb。

Abstract:The effects of heavy metals Pb, Cr on wheat seed germination and biomass were discussed. The results showed that different con- centrations of heavy metal had different effects on seed germination and other indices measured. Lower concentration of heavy metal showed little effect on wheat seed germination and growth, or some promoting functions. While higher concentration of heavy metals contamination inhibited the growth of wheat obviously, and the inhibition increased with the concentration raising. In a word, the toxicity of heavy metal Cr on wheat was stronger than Pb.
