摘    要:以一年生葛萝槭扦插苗为试材,采用完全随机区组排列法,设10个处理1个对照,利用废弃的醋渣、松针、菇渣为主要基础性基质,再与粉煤灰、树皮粉、锯末、羊粪以不同体积混合,探索该植物在不同基质中生长的苗质情况及基本生长规律。结果显示:不同时期苗高相对生长量总和的增值顺序为CK处理1处理2处理4处理7处理3处理8处理5处理10处理9处理6;不同时期的地径相对生长量总和的增值顺序为处理2处理3处理4CK处理8处理7处理6处理1处理5处理10处理9;不同基质处理和不同时期对苗高的增长有影响,不同基质处理和不同时期的苗高相对生长量存在显著性差异;不同基质对地径相对生长量无显著性差异,但不同时期对地径的增长有影响。

Abstract:This paper took annual Acer grosser Pax as sample, setting 10 different treatments as comparison by utilizing absolute random permutation method, and taking abandoned acid-sludge, pine needle and mushroom residue as transplanting base material which were mixed by different volume with pulverized coal, bark powder, saw powder and sheep excrement, to search relevant plants' growing status and basic growth regulation in different base material. The results showed that: in different growth period, the seeding relative growth rates were in order like CK〉treatment 1 〉treatment 2〉 treatment 4〉treatment 7〉treatment 3〉treatment 8〉 treatment 5〉treatment 10〉 treatment 9〉treatment 6; in different period, the diameter of relative growth rates were in order like treatment 2〉treatment 3〉treatment 4〉CK 〉treatment 8〉 treatment 7〉 treatment 6〉 treatment 1 〉treatment 5〉treatment 10〉treatment 9; both different base material treatment and different period had impact on seeding growth; both different base material treatment and different period had obvious differentiation to seeding relative growth rates; different diameter relative growth rates had no obvious differentiation to seeding growth but different period does had some impact.
