| 摘 要： | 根据天津郊区发展的特点和建设节约型社会的要求,在讨论考核评价指标体系构建原则的基础上,确定了天津郊区建设节约型社会考核评价指标体系,并利用德尔斐法(Delphi)确定了考核评价指标的权重。最后,利用该体系对天津市武清区建设节约型社会情况进行了考核评价。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the development and the demand on establishing economical society in the suburb of Tianjin, based on the discussing of the construction principles of evaluating index system, the examining and evaluating index system of establishing eco- nomical society in the suburb of Tianjin was set up, and the weights of examining and evaluating indexes were fixed by the method of Delphi. At last, the situation of establishing economical society of Wuqing district of Tianjin was examined and evaluated by using this index system. |
