红枣多糖提取及分离工艺研究

摘    要:以红枣为原料,采用热水浸提法,通过正交试验对影响红枣多糖提取率的工艺参数进行了探讨。结果表明,红枣多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为温度80℃,加水倍数8倍,时间1h,连续对原料提取2次。另外乙醇沉淀多糖试验显示,浓缩液与乙醇体积用量之比以1∶3为宜,为红枣多糖的开发利用提供了一些参考。

Abstract:Using water extraction to extract polysaccharide from red date through orthogohal test ,conditions of extraction rate were studied in the paper.The results indicated that the optimum technological conditions for extracting polysaccharides of red date were as follows:adding 8 times water as much as red date in 80 ℃ for 1 hour by 2 times extractions to raw materia.Moreover, the volume of concentrated liquid and the amount of alcohol in 1∶3 ratio was appropriate when despoiting red date polysaccharides.This conclusion provided some reference for the exploitation and use of red date polysaccharide.
