健康水貂肠道中拟杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏实验

摘    要:从健康水貂肠道粘膜及内容物分离出3株菌株,编号为B1、B2和B3。对所分离菌株进行纯化培养、形态学观察、革兰氏染色及生化试验鉴定。初步鉴定结果表明:B1、B2为脆弱拟杆菌,B3为多形拟杆菌。药敏试验显示分离到的菌株对头孢拉叮、二甲嘧啶、硫酸红霉素、阿莫西林、硫酸庆大霉素、多粘菌素不敏感,对硫酸链霉素、氧氟沙星、头孢噻肟敏感。本试验为毛皮动物专用微生态制剂的研制奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:Three bacterial strains were isolated from the healthy mink intestinal mucosa and contents, named respectively as B1, B2 and B3; Purified culture experiments, morphology, Gram stain test and biochemical identification experiment were conducted. Preliminary identification results showed that: B1 and B2 belonged to Bacteroides fragilis, B3 belonged to Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron. Susceptibility test results showed that the isolated strains were not sensitive to cephradine, sulfamethazine, sulfate erythromycin, amoxicillin, gentamicin sulfate, polymyxin and were sensitive to streptomycin sulfate, ofloxacin, cefotaxime. This experiment provided a theoretical basis for further research of dedicated probiotics on mink.
