| 摘 要： | 以武汉城市圈为例,对武汉城市圈典型城市的"1+4"城市的征地情况进行了调查分析,结果发现:由于征地补偿偏低,失地农民普遍不愿意土地被征收,并且多数希望征地后主要用于基础设施建设等方面。因此,政府应该继续提高征地补偿标准,合理安置失地农民,严格限制征地用途。

| Abstract: | Taking Wuhan city circle as the case, this paper surveyed and analyzed the land acquisition of typical "1+4" city of Wuhan city circle, and found that landless farmers generally reluctance land levy since the land acquisition compensation was very low, and hope land acquisition was mainly used for the construction of infrastructure. Therefore, the government should continue to improve the land requisition compensation standards, make landless peasants resettlement reasonable, strict limits on land acquisition purposes. |
