美国白蛾各虫态发育历期试验观察

摘    要:在恒温25℃、相对湿度75%,光照周期L∶D=16∶8条件下,观察美国白蛾各生态发育历期,结果显示,饲喂杨树叶片处理的各虫态平均历期为:幼虫期24.6~25.3d;蛹期12.3~19.0d;羽化-交尾1.8~2.5d;交尾-产卵期1.8~3.3d;产卵-孵化期8.0~8.5d。饲喂杨树叶片较饲喂家蚕饲料和924-1利于缩短美国白蛾发育周期和增加产卵量。

Abstract:Hyphantria cunea were fed at constant temperature 25,RH75%~80%and lightperiod L∶D=16∶8. Results showed that for treatment that poplar leaves were fed the average duration of instars were larval 24.6~ 25.3 d,pupa 12.3~ 19.0 d,emergence - mating 1.8~ 2.5 d, mate - spawning 1.8~ 3.3 d, spawning - hatching 8.0~ 8.5 d.Treatment that poplar leaves were fed helped to shorten the development cycle and increase drury fecundity compared with 924-1 and silkworm feeding.
