摘    要:为保存诸葛菜的有利变异,满足栽培变异植株对种苗的需要,以变异植株嫩茎为材料,采用组织培养的方法,进行了嫩茎的生根培养、试管苗生根继代培养、试管苗的移栽和定植的研究,以建立起变异植株的无性系和快速繁殖体系.研究结果表明:1/2MS+NAA0.2 mg·L(-1)是变异诸葛菜嫩茎生根培养、试管苗生根继代培养和快速繁殖的理想...

Abstract:In order to preserve the favorable variations and meet the needs of germchits for planting variation plants, with method of tissue culture, tender stems of Orychophragmus violaceus variation plants were used as material to do the research on rooting, subculture of tube seedlings’ rooting, transplanting of tube seedlings and to establish the clone and rapid propagation of variation plants. The results showed that 1/2MS+NAA0.2 mg·L-1 was the best medium for rooting, subculture of tube seedlings’ rooting and rapid propagation of Orychophragmus violaceus; planting seedlings not only kept all biological characteristics of Orychophragmus violaceus, but also maintained the advantageous variation characters. It also indicated that the rapid propagation of clone from tender stems of Orychophragmus violaceus variation plants could preserve the germ plasm of advantageous variation and meet the needs of germchits for planting.
