| 摘 要： | 为了验证超甜玉米在辽北地区能否种植成功,其果穗的甜度、口感、营养品质是否下降,选择6个超甜玉米品种(库普拉2号、京科甜183、麦哥娜姆、吉甜710、美国甜玉米79-1、美国甜玉米1441)在辽北地区试种,从可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量、粗脂肪含量、水分含量及种皮厚度、口感几个方面进行研究,筛选出适合当地种植的品种。试验结果表明:成熟早、营养品质较好、种皮薄、口感好、适合辽北地区春播的超甜玉米品种是京科甜183、麦哥娜姆、吉甜710。
