平菇菌丝对根结线虫及番茄生长的影响

采用盆栽方式研究了平菇的不同菌株和不同施菌量对番茄生长及其根结线虫病的抑制效果。结果表明,平菇对番茄根结线虫的发生有较好的抑制作用,并对番茄的生长有一定的促进作用,株间没有显著差异,对番茄根结抑制率在47.83%～56.52%之间;不同施菌量的研究结果显示,合适的施菌量是影响防治效果的关键。施菌量为250g·盆-1防治根结抑制率为59.08%,而施菌量为62.5g·盆-1,抑制率仅为31.81%。

Effect of Hypha of Pleurotus ostreatus on Root-knot Nematode and Tomato Growth

Effects of different strains and different fungus quantity of Pleurotus ostreatus on tomato growth and inhibitory effect to the root rot knot nematode were studied in pot trail. The result manifested that P.ostreatus could reduce the root knots occurring on tomato and promote the growth of tomato in a certain degree. Control effect of different strain were 47.83%～56.52% without significant diffences. The different quantity of P. ostreatus had different effect on Meloidogyne sp., control effects of the 250 g·pot-1, 125 g·pot-1 and 62.5 g·pot-1 were 59.08%, 54.55% and 31.81% respectively.
