| Abstract: | Some related detection methods on the Lolium temulentum in flour were summarized during recent years from the aspects of molecule technology and chemistry technology,such as genotype analysis of Lolium and its similar species.Meanwhile,the applications of related detection methods and the basis theory were also elaborated. |
