摘    要:从分子技术和化学技术两方面综述了近年来面粉中毒麦成分的一些相关检测方法,包括毒麦及其近似种的分型研究等,同时也阐述了相关检测方法的应用与理论依据。

Abstract:Some related detection methods on the Lolium temulentum in flour were summarized during recent years from the aspects of molecule technology and chemistry technology,such as genotype analysis of Lolium and its similar species.Meanwhile,the applications of related detection methods and the basis theory were also elaborated.
