草甘膦在土壤中的残留动态研究

摘    要:利用分光光度法测定了晴天和人工模拟降雨2种情况下草甘膦在土壤中的残留量,分析了草甘膦在土壤中的残留动态。结果表明,草甘膦在施入土壤后可迅速降解,施药后6 d基本降解完毕。人工模拟降雨对草甘膦在土壤中的降解有明显影响,雨天环境下草甘膦降解得更快。

Abstract:The residue dynamics of glyphosate in soil was studied with the condition of dry soil and man-made rain in lab.The results showed that glyphosate could decompose quickly.It decomposed completely after 6 d.In addition,man-made rain could quicken the process of decomposition of glyphosate in soil.
