补锌对白内障大鼠肾组织NO和NOS的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨补锌对白内障大鼠肾组织中一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响.方法:应用硝酸还原酶法对模型组、治疗组及对照组大鼠肾匀浆中NO含量和NOS活性进行测定.结果:模型组及治疗组与对照组比较,肾匀浆中NO含量和NOS活性差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05).结论:给白内障大鼠眼内补锌对其肾组织中NO含量和NOS活性无明显影响.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of added zinc on levels of nitric oxide(NO) and activities of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in renal tissue of cataractous rats.Methods : The levels of NO and the activities of NOS in renal homogenate the cataractous rats model group or the zincic eye drops group and healthy group were measured by the method of nitratase.Results : The levels of NO and activities of NOS in renal homogenate was not obviously changed (P>0.05) in the model group or the zincic eye drops group in comparison with the healthy group.Conclusions:Effect of added zinc on the activities of NO and NOS in renal tissue of cataractous rats was not obvious.
