| 摘 要： | 在江汉平原麦区,以时期为主区、剂量为副区、小麦品种为副副区再裂区的田间设计方法,对化学杂交剂SQ-1诱导小麦雄性不育的效果进行了研究。结果表明:(1)SQ-1具有较宽的活性窗口,适宜喷施时期为Feeks8.0-9.0;(2)以3.0kg/hm2和5.0kg/hm2的SQ-1剂量对供试的3个基因型小麦材料均能诱导95%以上的相对雄性不育率;(3)SQ-1可降低小麦雌蕊育性,对小麦株高、抽穗等其他农艺性状无明显影响。

| Abstract: | The effect of the new chemical hybridizing agent SQ-1 used to induce wheat male sterility in Jianghan Plain with split-split-plot design of experiment which the stage is main plot,the agent is split-plot,the variety is split-split plot were investigated.The results showed:SQ-1 can induce the male sterility of wheat in Jianghan Plain at the Feeks 8.0-9.0.The male sterile rate of three genotypes reached 95% with the dosage of 3 kg/hm2 and 5.0 kg/hm2.At the same time,SQ-1 has no obvious harms on the pistil activity of the wheat at the induction of male sterility and has no significant effects on the plant height,spike length and other main agronomic traits. |
