摘    要:以大棚栽培的3年生早紫葡萄(Vitis vinifera)为材料,研究了在花前10 d喷施不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)溶液对果实品质、无核率及座果率的影响。结果表明:喷施赤霉素(GA3)溶液后都能达到无核化的效果,其中以50 mg/L的赤霉素(GA3)溶液无核处理的效果最好,无核率可达93.33%;果实的可溶性糖及可溶性固性物含量也均最高,而且其着色度、表面光洁度等外观品质也最好。

Abstract:Zaozi grape(Vitis vinifera) was used as trial material which had been planted in large plastic house three year ago.The grape were sprayed GA_(3) in different concentration 10 days before bloom to study the effect of different treatment on internal and appearance quality of the fruits,seedless berry rate and fruit setting rate.The results showed that all treatments had seedless effect,in which the seedless berry rate of the grape sprayed GA_(3) with 50 mg/L was the highest(93.33%),and it was the best in soluble sugar,total soluble solid,appearance quality such as its color,smoothness,etc.
