苹果多酚抑菌作用的研究

摘    要:为建立多酚浓度与细菌生长速率之间的关系,该文采用微量量热法研究了不同浓度的苹果多酚对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑制作用。结果表明,苹果多酚对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均具有一定程度的抑制作用,且多酚浓度与细菌生长速率常数之间存在线性关系,其抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的临界生长用药浓度分别为0.218 6和1.558 0 mg/mL。

Abstract:By using microcalorimetric method,the inhibitory effects of apple polyphenols at different concentrations on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were studied in this paper.The relationship between the bacterial growth rate and the concentration of apple polyphenols was established.The results show that apple polyphenols had certain inhibitory effects on S.aureus and E.coli,and their critical concentrations were 0.218 6 mg/mL and 1.558 0 mg/mL,respectively.The bacterial growth rate constants and the c...
