林木田间试验适宜重复数和小区株数的研究

摘    要:林木田间试验多数采用完全随机区组设计,其中关键的工作是确定适宜重复数和小区株数.本文从影响重复数和小区株数的各种因素出发,综述了国内外已有的多种方法,并提出了一些简单而实用的新方法.作者建议:在大多数林木田间试验中,重复数可采用3~6次,如处理间变异很大,则应采用7~9次.至于小区株数,无性系测定可设置4~10株;种源试验和子代测定可设置5~24株;种源-家系联合选择中,每一家系可设置5~10株,每一种源(其中包含5~10个家系)可没置25~100侏;区域化试验和营林性试验(如施肥、灌水、疏伐等)的小区株数应较大,可采用20~50株.

Abstract:The two important parameters in complete randomized block design are numbers of replication and plot size.Many methods which determine the two parameters are summarized from their relative factors,and some new methods are proposed.It is suggested,in the most of forest tree field tests,that optimum numbers of replication be about 3~6 and slightly more such as 7 ~ 9 if the variation of treatments in test is very large.As for plot size,4~10 trees in each plot is optimum in clone test and 5~24 in provenance test or progeny test,in the selection of combining provenance with family,it is necessary to use 5~10 trees in each family and 25~100 trees in each provenance,the plot size in regional experiment and silvicultural test (such as fertilization,irrigation,thining,etc.) is usully large,20~50 trees should be sufficient.
