国家湿地公园管理评估研究

湿地公园已经成为国家湿地保护体系中的重要方式，但在快速发展的同时也出现了一些保护和管理方面的问题。为使我国湿地公园管理有序、健康地发展，针对目前国家湿地公园管理中存在的问题，提出了由湿地生态系统、湿地环境质量、湿地景观、基础设施、管理和附加分等6类项目23个因子组成的国家湿地公园管理评估指标体系，并给出了每个因子的权重、赋值范围以及具体的定量化评估方法，为国家湿地公园的科学管理提供了依据。最后，以西溪国家湿地公园和银川国家湿地公园为例进行了试评估。
