紫斑牡丹新品种选育及牡丹品种分类研究

该文报道了兰州和平牡丹园培育紫斑牡丹新品种的方法和过程，讨论和分析了新品种形成的原因，并提出了一个新的牡丹品种分类系统．主要结果有：①２０年从３２万多株实生苗中选育出９种花色、７种花型、５００多个紫斑牡丹新品种；②甘肃紫斑牡丹品种（群）与中原普通牡丹品种（群）大规模反复杂交，极大地丰富了后代的遗传多样性，为大量选育新品种奠定了基础；③按色、类、型、组和品种五个等级组成的牡丹品种分类系统，“色型兼备、科学实用”，有推广价值．

Studies on the Selection and Breeding of New Hybrids from Blotched Tree Peony (Paeonia rockii cvs.) and the Cultivars Classification of Tree Peony

This paper summarized the breeding of new hybirds from blotched tree peony carried out in the Peace Peony Garden of Lanzhou, discussed and analysed the cause why a great deal of new cultivars can be available,and put forward a new classification system for tree peony cultivars. Main results are as followed:①More than 500 new hybrids, including 9 colors and 7 flower types, were named by th successive selection of 20 years from about 320 000 flowered seedlings. ②The hybridization between two distinct cultivar groups in China, Gansu Ziban Mudan cultivar group (Paeonia rockii cvs.) and Zhongyuan Mudan cultivar group (P. suffruticosa cvs.), was repeated in a large amount and extremely enriched the genetic diversity of hybrided seedlings, which is the base of selecting new cultivars. ③Tree peony cultivars may be classified scientifically by a new system composed of five classes:color, type, form, group and cultivar.
