摘    要:通过对洋白蜡种子发芽率和内源抑制物的分析测定,证明洋白蜡种子离体胚的萌发能力较高,发芽率可达90%以上,果翅和胚乳里含有ABA等内源抑制物。但种子成熟及贮藏过程中ABA的含量与胚萌发力的变化规律以及抑制物的生物测定结果均表明内源ABA不是抑制洋白蜡种子萌发的主要物质,洋白蜡种子的休眠可能是多种因子协同作用的结果。

Abstract:The results of tests showed that the germination capacity of isolated embryos of F. pennsylvanica Marsh. seeds was high, and usually above 90%. The germination of seeds and fruits was inhibited by endosperm and pericarp which contained ABA and other endogenous inhibitors. Although the level of ABA is variable during seed development and storage, it did not affect the seed dormancy. The results of this and other tests indicate that endogenous ABA may play a definite role in seed dormancy. However it is not a very important one. Other inhibitors,though, can have a significant effect, or cooperate with ABA in the seeds dormancy.
