城市绿地节水灌溉的SWOT分析

摘    要:近年来我国城市建设中绿地建设发展十分迅速,城市绿地灌溉用水量逐年递增,形成了与城市生活用水、工业用水并驾齐驱的第三大城市用水类型.在水资源短缺问题比较突出的情况下,城市绿地灌溉用水问题如同农业用水一样提到了重要的议事日程.该文借鉴SWOT法(自我诊断方法)将城市绿地节水灌溉的推广和发展作为一个运作的项目,分析当前我国城市绿地节水灌溉发展自身的优势、弱点以及面临的机遇和威胁;结合城市绿地节水灌溉的特点,探索如何更好地发展城市绿地节水灌溉,并得出6点城市绿地节水灌溉发展的对策.以便今后更好地推广和发展城市绿地节水灌溉.

Abstract:With city planting construction accelerating and the increasing volume of urban greenbelt irrigation year by year, water-saving irrigation in greenbelt emerges as the time requires. Due to the serious situation of lacking water resources, water-saving irrigation in greenbelt is same important as agriculture water consuming in China. In this paper, water-saving irrigation’s superiority of urban greenbelt, weakness as well as opportunities and the threats were analysed through SWOT. Combining the characteristics of urban greenbelt’s water-saving irrigation, the authors tried to search for ways to develop it better, and obtained some useful countermeasures. By doing so, it will be helpful to develop and popularize water-saving irrigation in urban greenbelt in future.
