摘    要:气相色谱一质谱联用的选择离子监测(GC-MS-SIM)技术是近年来发展起来的测定复杂体系中痕量成分的新技术。用以氘标记的类似物为内标的内标法可以使测定值更接近真实值。本文研究了用该技术测定植物中内源激素吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)含量的方法,并讨论了影响结果准确性的因素。指出该方法可以有效地补偿因样品在前处理中的无规律丢失或仪器不稳定等因素所造成的误差,而且对样品的提纯及色谱分离条件的要求比气相色谱低。

Abstract:Selected ion monitoring in gas chromatography combined with mass spectrometry (GC-MS-SIM) is a new technique developed during recent years for measuring a trace compound in a complex system. The internal standard method using a deuterium-labelled analogue as an internal standard makes measurements closer to the true value. This paper presents the method for measuring the content of endogenous indole-3-actic acid (IAA) in plant tissue, using this technique, and discusses factors affecting the accuracy of results. The authors suggest that the method could effectively compensate for the errers resulting from irregular sample losses in pretreatment, instrument unstability and so on, while the requirement for sample purification and separation condition is lower than GC.
