联合采伐机工作臂运动轨迹及液压缸行程研究

摘    要:为准确地反映工作臂实际运动和受力情况,在Solidworks环境下对采伐联合机工作臂的液压系统和机构进行了建模,建立了液压系统原理图和工作臂的三维动力学仿真。并对仿真结果进行详细分析,给出了工作油缸的行程及工作臂的运动轨迹,在Solidworks中显示了工作臂的运动。

Abstract:The hydraulic system and mechanism of harvester boom were modeled by Solidworks.The hydraulic system schematic diagram was established,and then the boom's 3D kinetics simulation was achieved.From the results of silmulation,the boom moving trail and hydraulic cylinder stroke length were given out.The actual moving and force conditions of boom were accurately indicated as well.So this paper is helpful in dynamic design and calculation for boom's mechanical system and hydraulic system.
