用碱法制浆黑液回用液生产蔗渣SFP-AQ浆的研究

为了解决目前碱法制浆厂普遍存在规模小及污染大的问题.该课题以蔗渣制浆黑液为原料,通过特定的工艺方法将黑液污染物的治理与回收、回用有机地结合为一体.将用过的液体作为主要的蒸煮药剂,补充少量的化学药品,使其得到再利用.并且探索研究了回用液采用甲醛-蒽醌碱性亚硫酸盐法(即SFP-AQ)蒸煮蔗渣的蒸煮工艺条件.所得浆的物理性能良好、白度高,同时从SFP-AQ制浆废液中还可得到表面活性好的木素磺酸钠及其他产品,使纤维资源得到综合利用.该方法为造纸工业可持续发展提供有效的技术支持,特别适合用非木材原料制浆且规模不大的造纸厂使用.

Reusing black liquid of alkaline pulping to produce SFP-AQ pulp of sugarcane residue

Small scale and serious pollution are very popular in present alkaline pulpmills. In order to solve this problem the authors created a new method in which black liquid of sugarcane residue was used as raw material, and through a special technology pollution control and reclaiming reusing were combined together at last. Spent liquid was used as primary cooking agent, and only a little other chemical agents were replenished. The research investigated the cooking condition where SFP AQ method was adopted and black liquid of sugarcane residue was reused. The resultant pulp's physical strength and whiteness were very high. At the same time, lignosulfonic sodium and other products were gained. So fiber resources were utilized comprehensively in this research. This gives a strong support for sustainable development of paper industry. This pulping technology is very suitable for small pulpmills which use nonwood plant material as raw materials.
