| Abstract: | This paper analyses the Chinese furniture style gap between classics and modernism. It also illustrates the cultural influence on furniture design and forecasts that modern Chinese style furniture would be produced in 21 century. Finally, proposals for developing the modern Chinese style furniture are put forward. |
