摘    要:为进一步了解油松 (PinustabulaeformisCarr.)辽东栎 (QuercusliaotungensisKoidz.)混交林中化感作用的作用机理 ,该文作者于 1998年用生物测定的方法研究了该混交林中部分化感作用物对油松 1年生幼苗生长和光合作用的影响 .结果表明 ,油松、辽东栎纯林及混交林中枯落叶、半分解枯落叶及表层土壤水浸液对油松幼苗高生长、叶绿素含量 (尤其是叶绿素a含量 )及净光合速率均有显著影响 .一般表现为高浓度抑制或降低 (气孔阻力为增强 ) ,低浓度无作用或起促进或增强作用 (气孔阻力为减弱 ) ;同林分下 ,一般以枯落叶高浓度水浸液的抑制或降低 (增强 )作用为最强 ,半分解枯落叶及表层土壤的作用较弱 ;辽东栎枯落叶高浓度水浸液使油松幼苗停止光合 ,混交林枯落叶高浓度水浸液的作用较两个纯林为弱 .说明影响油松光合作用是油松辽东栎混交林中化感作用的生理机制之一 .

Effects of allelopathic substances on the growth and photosynthesis of Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings

Abstract:In order to further find out the allelopathic mechanism in the mixed stands of Chinese pine (Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.) and Liaotung oak ( Quercus liaotungensis Koidz.), the effects of allelopathic substances on the growth and photosynthesis of 1year old pine seedlings were studied by the methods of bioassay. The results show that the leachates of litter, half decaying litter and surface layer soil under the pine\|oak mixed stand and each species' pure stand have significant effects on the stem growth, the chlorophyll content (especially chlorophyll a), the stoma resistance and the net photosynthesis speed of pine seedlings. Generally, the leachates of higher concentration show significant inhibitory or reducing effects (increasing effects on the stoma resistance), those of lower ones show significant stimulating or increasing effects (reducing effects on the stoma resistance) or no effects. On the same stand, the effects of the higher concentrating leachates of litter are higher than half decaying litter and surface layer soil. The photosynthesis of pine seedlings stopped completely under the effect of higher concentrating leachates of oak litter, but the effects of higher concentrating leachates of litter of the mixed stands are lower than the two pure stands. All these show that the effects on photosynthesis are the more important mechanism of the allelopathy in the pine oak mixed stands.
