摘    要:森林资源信息在位置、多维结构和时序特征等方面表现出时空动态性 ,使GIS在林业中的广泛应用成为可能 .该文以云南省石林县森林资源时空数据为研究源数据 ,借助GIS技术 ,结合遥感技术、数据驱动技术等 ,探讨建立森林资源管理信息系统的方法和技术 ,并在实践基础上深入分析森林资源管理信息系统在森林资源信息档案管理、森林资源调查与监测、专题分析以及宏观决策等方面的应用 .应用表明 ,基于地理特征数据的显示平台有利于森林资源信息的可视化和档案管理 ,高分辨率卫星数据与林分消长预测模型的有机结合为森林资源的动态监测提供实时准确的更新数据 ,多样化、全方位的资源信息和空间分析技术可为森林资源动态变化、分类经营管理、预警监测体系建设等方面提供支持 .

Abstract:Geographic information system (GIS) is widely applied in forestry due to the tempo-spatial dynamics of forest resource information in geolocation, multidimension structure and time-series attributes. In this paper, establishment of forest resource management information system is presented by GIS and other techniques such as RS and data driving. Based on the tempo-spatial data of forest resource in Shilin County of Yunnan Province, forest resource management information system is applied in information archive management, resource inventory and supervision, special analysis and macroscopic decision, etc. The results show that viewing platform which is based on geolocation data is available in obtaining and management of forest resource information; high resolution satellite data integrated with forecasting model of stand growth can supply accurate updated data timely; spatial analysis method and diverse resource information can promote dynamics study, classified regime and construction of early warning and monitoring system of forest resources.
