摘    要:叙述了通过组织培养手段,用~(60)Co γ射线辐射豆瓣绿愈伤组织,获得变异植株。研究内容包括辐射剂量,诱变效果,植株再生过程及培养茎的选择。

Abstract:Peperomia a genus of Piperaceae, is a wildly used ornamental leaf plants used as a ground cover, rocky gardens and indoor plants; annual and perennial evergreens, more or less succulent, and there are about 1,000 species mostly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. For obtaining new variants, pieces of Peperomia obtusifolia cv. 'Green Gold' leaves (0.7cm2) were placed into a ti.ssure media in Oct. 1983. After the pieces formed large callus on Dec. 30, 1983, different dosage from 500 to a maximum of 10,000 60Co roentgen were used to radiate the tissue culture materials. After 60 days, the tissue was examined for the formation of embryogence callus. The study showed 5,000 roentgen is the half lethal dosage and 2,000-3,000 roentgens is a suitable dosage for induction of the plantlets. The suitable cultural media is SH.,We also studied the inducation of embryogenec callus by histological method. As of August 1986, a large number of plantlets, have been developed with new leaf types and leaf forms.
