| 摘 要： | 森林采伐限额是森林采伐的法定指标，通常由二类调查结果确定.该文讨论了以一类调查数据为基础，利用线性规划制定各省区的采伐限额的方法.阐述其指导思想、控制条件以及资源调整.并结合当前的天然林保护工程，以3套备选方案比较"天保"战略对各省区的采伐限额的影响.

| Abstract: | Forest cutting quota, the legal index of forest cut, is made through the result of forest management inventory generally. This paper discusses the method to establish forest cutting quota of each province in China using linear programming based on the data of continuous forest inventory, and expounds the principle, control conditions, and resources adjusting of this process and compares the change of cutting value originated from three schemes about nature forest conservation. |
