祁连山森林、冰川和水资源现状调查研究

该文对祁连山森林、冰川和水资源现状、变化趋势、存在的问题及对策进行了系统的调查．结果表明，目前祁连山冰川在退缩，林分质量下降，河川径流量减少，生态环境恶化．这些现象应引起各级政府的高度重视．建议把祁连山水源林生态工程建设尽快列入“中国跨世纪绿色工程计划”并组织实施．

Investigation on Forest,Glacier and Water Resources in the Qilian Mountains

A systematic study on present situation, variation tendency,existing problems and countermeasures about forest, glacier and water resources in the Qilian Mountains was carried out.The results indicate that the Qilian Mountains glacier has shrinked back,the quality of forest stands lowered,the rivers,stream flow reduced and ecological environment worsened.That high attention by government at all levels should be qaid to these problems. It is proposed that the construction of the Qilian Mountains ecology projects be earlier enlisted into Chinese Green Project to Be Carried over to the Next Century.
