摘    要:AFLP是检测DNA多态性的一种高效的分子标记新技术 .该文对AFLP标记的基本原理进行了介绍 ,并综述了其在林木遗传改良中的应用 :构建无性系指纹图谱及遗传图谱、基因定位及分子标记辅助选择育种等 .

Abstract:AFLP(Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism) is a highly effective technique of DNA fingerprinting newly developed by Zabeau M. & Vos P. In this paper, the basic principles of AFLP are introduced and its applications to the genetic improvement of forest trees such as construction of fingerprints, genetic linkage map, genetic identification and molecular\|assisted breeding are reviewed.
