摘    要:该文深入分析小流域综合治理效益评价中存在的问题 ,以动态评价小流域综合治理效益的思想 ,根据管理信息系统的理论 ,研制开发了基于Windows操作平台的小流域综合治理效益评价管理信息系统 ,为小流域综合治理效益评价的研究向动态化、智能化方向迈进奠定了基础 .该系统主要由数据管理模块、指标体系管理模块、单项指标评价模块和综合评价模块组成 .为验证系统的各项功能 ,利用小流域综合治理效益评价管理信息系统 ,对北京市密云县石匣小流域进行了综合治理效益的评价 .运行结果表明 :系统设计合理 ,运行良好 ,易于操作 ,功能较为完善

Abstract:The present paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of development of management information system of benefit appraisal for small watershed comprehensive management according to the theory of information system.This system is divided into four parts:data management module, indicator system management module, indicator appraisal module, and comprehensive appraisal module. In order to verify all functions of the management information system of benefit appraisal for small watershed comprehensive management,it has been operated in the Shixia small watershed,Miyun County,Beijing.The result shows that this system can meet the general needs of the user.
