摘    要:本文对国外鞣花酸的利用途径,特别是鞣花酸的抗癌活性机理及使用价值进行分析。通过实验提出了设备简单,操作容易,溶剂消耗大量减少,生产成本低的自然沉降法生产鞣花酸的流程和有关数据。

Abstract:This paper introduces methods of utilization of ellagic acid which have been used abroad in recent years, especially the anticancer mechanism of ellagic acid and its applied value in other industries. This paper also points out the shortcomings in ellagic acid production such as waste of solution, the complexity of production techology, and the other ristrects. A lot of data and information was obtained, proposing a new production program of naturally subsiding ellagic acid, which can be easily operated and greatly decrease the waste of solution.
