植物抗冻蛋白及其基因工程研究的新进展

摘    要:抗冻蛋白(Antifreeze proteins,AFPs)自20世纪60年代被发现以来,研究对象先后从极区鱼类、昆虫转移到植物材料上.目前已有6种植物的AFPs被提纯,即为欧白英中的67 kD(Sd67)的糖蛋白;冬黑麦中的5条具有高抗冻活性的多肽,分别为16, 25, 32, 34, 36 kD;沙冬青中40 kD的afp;桃树中50 kD的PCA60;胡萝卜中的36 kD 抗冻多肽及冬麦草中11.77 kD的热稳定抗冻蛋白.这些AFPs在分子量、氨基酸组成及同源性上都不尽相同.由于AFPs可以通过降低冰点、抑制重结晶等方式来提高植物的抗寒性,所以植物AFPs基因克隆及转化的成功,为提高冷敏感经济作物及农作物的抗寒性提供了新的技术途径.

Abstract:In the last 3 decades, antifreeze proteins (AFPs) have been discovered in polar fish, overwintering insects, and then in plants. AFPs in six kinds of plants have been purified: Sd67 in \%Solanum dulcamara,\% five antifungal proteins in \%Secale cereale,\% afp in \%Ammoniptanthus mongolicus,\% PCA60 in Prunus persica, 36kD antifungal protein in \%Daucus carota,\%and an 11\^77kD heat stable antifreeze protein in \%Lolium pernne.\%Among these plant antifreeze proteins the molecular weight, the sequence of amino acid and homology are different. As AFPs enhance the freezing hardiness of plants by lowering the freezing point and inhibiting ice recrystallization,it is a better strategy to confer freezing tolerance of cold sensitive crops by expression of plant antifreeze proteins.
