杨树刺槐混交林及纯林土壤酶活性的季节性动态研究

摘    要:测定了 2 2年生杨树、刺槐混交林及纯林根际和非根际土壤中与氮、磷养分转化相关的酶活性的季节性动态变化 .结果表明 ,混交后非根际土壤的脲酶、蛋白酶、磷酸酶活性比纯林提高 5 0 %~ 10 0 % ;但对于根际土壤 ,混交后杨树有所提高 ,而刺槐则有所下降 .说明混交后更有利于氮、磷养分的转化 ,并且杨树得益大于刺槐

Abstract:The enzyme activities of soil(non rhizosphere and rhizosphere soil)were measured in the pure and mixed stands of poplar( Populus spp.) and black locust ( Robinia pseudoacacia ) in spring, summer and autumn. The results show that the enzyme activities of non rhizosphere soil in the mixed stand were increased by 50%~100% than that in pure stand. But the enzyme activities of rhizosphere soil of poplar in mixed stand were increased, and that of black locust were decreased. It can be concluded that the transformation of nitrogen and phosphorus were improved and poplar benefited more than black locust after they were mixed.
