桉树木材干燥过程曲线的研究

摘    要:该文以25mm及50mm厚桉树为研究对象,分别在140、160和180℃下热压干燥,研究其干燥过程曲线,包括含水率随时间的变化曲线,干燥速度随时间的变化曲线.结果表明,桉树人工林的热压干燥为先等速而后减速干燥,等速和减速干燥转折点的含水率为51.29%,干燥速度随板的厚度的增加而减慢,随温度的升高而加快.

Abstract:With 25 mm- and 50 mm-thick eucalyptus as research objectives,different curves in the press-drying at 140,160 and 180℃ were investigated such as the changes of moisture content with time and the changes of drying speed with time. Results show that the press-drying of eucalyptus has a constant speed first and then declining speed,and the moisture content at the turning point is 51.29%. The drying speed accelerates with the increase of the board thickness and temperature.
