摘    要:该文以大花蕙兰杂交新品种‘西维亚'、‘玛利莲梦露'、‘蒙米拉丝'、‘女皇'为材料,应用组织培养和快速繁殖技术,对适合原球茎增殖、分化的培养基、培养方式进行了系统的研究,提高了诱导成苗率和繁殖速率,降低了成本,建立了一套经济、高效的快繁技术体系.对培养基、激素用量、切割方式、培养方式进行筛选,结果表明:利于原球茎增殖的培养基为改良KC+KT 0.05mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L,以半固体培养,加香蕉泥为佳,增殖率为4.1.利于生根壮苗的培养基为改良KC+NAA 0.2mg/L,以固体培养为佳.

Abstract:Tissue culture and rapid propagation of tip stem culture from Cymbidium hybridum ,including ‘silvia', ‘Marilyn Monroe', ‘Mont Millais', ‘Empress',were systematically studied in order to search suitable medium and culture style.This study increased the survival rate of induced propagation rate and decreased the cost, also established an economical and high effective technology system on rapid propagation. Through the comparison of the culture media,the amount of hormone,the cutting methods and the culture patterns, the multiplication of protocorm was the best on the improved KC medium with the addition of KT 0.05?mg/L and NAA 0.5?mg/L. Half solid medium and the addition of banana extract were better. Multiplication rate was 4.1. The rooting and growth were the best on the medium of KC with the addition of NAA 0.2?mg/L and solid medium.
